Nine ways to remain active to become a peacekeeper

There are many words that describe how most Americans feel after an election. I'll be shocked, upset, divided, confused, preached, completely broken. Social media has basically become a mine, because we've all done our best to figure out what's going on in our country. Well, we can all write long essays full of opinions and rants, but let's change our minds, OK? When your family, friends, and colleagues seem to disagree, here are nine ways to stay positive and become a peacekeeper:

change the topic: change the topic when things get very intense. Talk about something relaxing or interesting. Television, movies and new restaurants are often safe areas. Remember the good things: of course, you may have differences in political or religious beliefs, but there are reasons why you and your friends become friends, and why you love your family. Remind yourself of good times and your support and concern for each other.

love bomb: this is an approach that my friends fully accept. Take turns like bombing each other to boost morale. Tell your friends how kind, beautiful and talented they are, because it's true. When was the last time you told these facts? When the world is going to hell in a basket, there is nothing more beautiful than the love and loveliness of dogs. Visit the local dog park and enjoy the sweet and sweet dog playing.

work together for your crazy things: there are many safe places between mines, so that you and your partners have a positive and happy time. Are you a sports fan? Go to the game. Do you like drinking? Go and have a taste. Hell, go bowling, have fun!

start baking: this is a season for you to feel comfortable and explore your grilled ribs! Make a batch of biscuits or cupcakes and share your love. When we need it most, you will spread happiness through sweet happiness. Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in Zen.

volunteering / finding goals: although you may not love our president-elect, take this opportunity to invest in the cause you care about. Volunteer for non-profit organizations or local charities. Find positive channels to change the status quo. Instead of being negative, use grace, understanding and compassion to see what impact you can have on your community.

regard yourself as a festival tradition: some small things in life can keep us active, amilet? Go to the nut shop and order a Mocha latte with cream. Order a big, fat pie. Buy yourself a comfortable sweater and boots.
